Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket to the "Crack the Intake Code" master class. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Event Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with access details to the live master class. Access credentials will be sent at least 24 hours before the event. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive this email and check your spam folder if necessary.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event. To request a refund, please contact us at support@cracktheintakecode.com with your order confirmation number. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

3. Recording Access (VIP Only)

VIP ticket holders will receive access to the master class recording within 48 hours after the event. Recording access is valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. The recording is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

4. Secret Shopper Service (VIP Only)

The secret shopper experience must be scheduled within 90 days of the event date. The service is valid for one location only. Results and consultation must be completed within 120 days of the event. Additional locations may be purchased separately.

5. Consultations

All consultation sessions (15-minute consultations included with both packages) must be scheduled within 60 days of the event date. Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. Consultations are conducted via video call or phone at the discretion of the service provider.

6. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or format due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of significant changes, ticket holders will be notified via email at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of complete cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be used solely for event registration, communication purposes, and to provide the services you have purchased. 8. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet connection to access the live webinar. Minimum requirements include a stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and access to video conferencing software. Technical support will be available 30 minutes before the event.

9. Intellectual Property

All content presented during the master class, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Liability

While we strive to provide valuable information and services, we make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes. The information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. Attendees are responsible for their own implementation of strategies discussed.

11. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the event. Harassment, disruption, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
